Skylight sold a number of Series I power adapters with its photo frames that digitally lit up or had scrolling images display across the glass. The adapters were recalled because the casing could break when it was plugged into an outlet or power strip, which would expose the metal conductor prongs and cause an electric shock hazard. The recall was issued on November 7th, 2019. Over 65,000 units were recalled by the company.
