AndroGel Class Action Lawsuit 2014

Our unsafe prescription drug side effect law firm is currently investigating possible class action and single party claims against manufacturers of testosterone medications including AndroGel for the development of harmful side effects amongst users.  In 2000 AndroGel 1.0% was approved by the FDA. Since then several studies have shown a significant, 30% in some cases, increase in the risk of Coronary Angiography and other cardiac based illnesses. According to recent FDA warnings the use of AndroGel 1% and AndroGel 1.62% manufactured by Abbot Laboratories can result in cardiac complications including, heart attack, stroke, and pulmonary embolism. Class Action Lawsuit Against AndroGelShould I Join A Class Action Lawsuit or File a Single Party Claim: One of the most common questions asked to our attorneys revolves around the advantages of joining a class action lawsuit as opposed to a single party claim. Single party lawsuits are almost always more advantageous to the principle plaintiff (victim being represented). This is because single party claims can be individualized with particular attention paid to the individuals case. Our law firm takes on drug defect litigation only on a single party basis.

My husband, Gregory Patton, was just released from Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on Saturday, October 18, 2014, with pulmonary embolism, and deep vein thrombosis in both legs. His right leg is 100% blocked. He also has blood clots in both lungs. He used the testosterone patches, the AndroGel, and most recently, he was taking testosterone injections. Greg had just stop taking the testosterone injections a few months ago. Greg will have medicall bills related to this issue, as he has to go back to his doctor in 2 weeks to try to have some of the clots removed. Please contact me after 6:00 p.m. to discuss this.
