Fuel Hose Recall Lawsuit – Attorney Explains Defective Product Litigation

According to investigators from the Consumer Product Safety Commission the Hardwall Fuel Curb Hose manufactured my Franklin fueling system has been recalled due to a heightened risk of fire and explosion. The fuel hose can crimp and looses resulting in a leakage of fuel posing a risk of fire and explosion. Approximately 7,000 of the fuel hoses have been recalled. Individual who have suffered severe burn injuries are entitled to compensation for all harms suffered.
