Mt. Healthy Hatcheries Chicken Salmonella Lawsuit

The vast majority of the infections took place in the states of Ohio (6) West Virginia (4) Kentucky (6) Pennsylvania (8) North Carolina (3) and Tennessee (3) but the outbreak has spread as far as California, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. For example the seller expressly outlines in its sales brochures that its live poultry does not have communicable diseases including salmonella.
