Cyme Tech Murphy Beds Recall Class Action Lawsuit
On September 8, 2022, Cyme Tech issued a recall for their different Murphy Beds. The recall, number 22-771, includes the Wade Logan, Stellar Home Furniture, Orren Ellis, and Ivy Bronxx branded murphy beds. The defective beds were sold online at Wayfair, Amazon, AllModern, Cymax, Overstock, and Wal-Mart.com from February 2014 to May 2022 for prices ranging from $1,200 to $1,500.
There have been at least 146 reports of the beds falling/breaking resulting in at least 62 injuries, some of which included broken bones, bruises, lacerations, concussions, etc.
