Deadly Pickup Truck Rollover Accident on Texas SH 130 Highway
One person has died and three seriously injured in an apparent rollover accident on in Texas State Highway 130 which runs for approximately 90 miles east and south of San Antonio. According to Texas State Troopers the crash may have been caused by a tire blowout of the F-250. In many cases of tire blowouts on board Sport Utility Vehicles and high profile pickup trucks the drivers attempts to overcompensate often leads to the vehicle flipping over. The truck was carrying a trailer at the time of the incident. The truck was a Ford F-250. According to the National Transportation Safety Administration the 7,000 Lbs 2012 Ford F-250 holds a 3/5 rating for rollover safety. State troopers have yet to release the names of the victims of the rollover accident.
