Mira Mesa Pedestrian Hit and Run Accident Shocks the Public
A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle traveling in the San Diego County Community of Mira Mesa California. The accident took place on the crosswalk of Mira Mesa Boulevard and Greenford Drive across from a large local Shopping Center (Strip Mall) with national brand name stores including Sherwin Williams, Rite Aid, and Chase Bank.
According to authorities the accident took place a little after 5:00 PM Friday night. The vehicle is thought to be an SUV Sport Utility Vehicle with a light gray, off white or white color. The victim of the pedestrian accident was taken to Scripps La Jolla Hospital in La Jolla California.
