Apollo Phantom Electric Scooters Class Action Lawsuit
On August 31, 2023, Apollo issued a recall for approximately 3,900 Phantom Electric Scooters. A bolt on the scooter may come loose and cause the suspension to separate from the wheel assembly. The scooters were sold from June 2021 through May 2023 through the following sites: Apolloscooters.com, Adventuresportsusa.com, Allelectricmotion.com, Fluidfreeride.com, and Justride.com.
