Can I Sue If I Was Injured in a Train v. Auto Crash?

Yes, you could have the right to sue. Based on the details surrounding your claim, you could potentially sue the at-fault party. The question is then who the at-fault party is. This will be based on the cause of the accident. Depending on the situation, liability could fall onto the driver of the vehicle (and their insurance company), the train company (owners/operators), and even auto manufacturers, for example.
