Tesla Cyberquad Kid’s ATV Recall Class Action Lawsuit Lawyers
On October 27, 2022, there was a recall for the Tesla Cyberquad for Kids by Radio Flyer – specifically, model number 914. According to the recall, number 23-025, the product does not comply with federal mandatory safety standard requirements for youth ATV. The Cyberquad has the Tesla and Radio Flyer logos printed on the battery.
Although the ATVs were manufactured by Radio Flyer, the ATVs were available exclusively online at shop.tesla.com in December 2021 for a price of $1,900.
So far, Radio Flyer has received at least one report of an incident in which the ATV tipped over when driven by an 8-year-old child and an adult female, resulting in a shoulder injury in the adult; it is important to note that the ATV is designed to be used only with a single rider.
