Michael Juarez-Munoz, Esq.
Tenant Rights, Injury, and Employment Lawyer

Michael Juarez-Munoz, Esq.

Michael Juarez-Munoz  is a dedicated Employment and Tenant’s Rights attorney committed to championing the rights of those who have suffered harm at the hands of their employer and landlord.

Michael is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He continued his academic endeavor at Southwestern Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor and was Vice President of the Labor and Employment Law Association, Community Relation Chair of the Latino Law Student Association, and a Peer Mentor for the incoming class of law students. Michael was also admitted to the Negotiation Honor’s Program (NHP) where he homed in his negotiation skills.

While attending law school, he was accepted to Bet Tzedek’s Summer for Justice Clerkship Program assisting low-income individuals with tax disputes, where he obtained authorization through the Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS) to represent taxpayers before any IRS functions or office.

Once the clerkship ended, he volunteered at Bet Tzedek’s Employment Right’s Clinic for two years assisting employees in their wage and hour disputes against their employer.

Michael’s volunteer experience assisting employees fight back against their employer, and specialized courses in employment law while attending law school help him pursue justice for those facing labor code violations and other employment injustices.

Prior to law school, Michael worked at a landlord tenant firm for four years specializing in representing tenants against their landlord for various housing conditions, including lead poisoning, vermin, mold, water leaks, and other uninhabitable conditions.

He takes the concerns of his clients to heart and that they receive protections to which they are afforded under the law and zealously advocates for them.
