ALDI Single Serve Coffee Makers Recall Class Action Lawsuit
ALDI is recalling their Ambiano Single Serve Coffee Makers, which were sold from July 2023 to September 2023 at ALDI grocery stores in 38 states and the District of Columbia. The coffee makers were sold in purple, blue, pink, and gray with “Ambiano” printed on the side. The recalled units can also be identified by model numbers 708924 and 708925 and the following UPC Codes: 4061464174788, 4061464174801, 4061464174849, 4061464174825, and 4061464174863.
The recall was issued after multiple complaints of coffee makers expelling hot water from the top of the machine. At least 3 customers sustained burn injuries so far, which is why consumers should stop using these coffee makers immediately. If you own a recalled Ambiano Single Serve Coffee Maker, you can return them to an ALDI store for a refund of $49.99 plus sales tax. Alternatively, you can go to http://www.recallrtr.com/aldicoffeemaker for instructions on how to upload photos of the coffee maker and receive an ALDI gift card for $75.00.
