Bus Train Accident Injury and Lawsuit – Attorney Los Angeles

Early Monday morning at around 6:56 a.m. a Metro Blue line train collided with Metro bus line 51 at Washington and San Pedro in downtown Los Angeles.  The bus train accident occurred while the train was heading south on San Pedro.  According to authorities, 48 people were injured, but fortunately no deaths were reported and most of the injuries are being characterized as minor. While the train line did not derail from its tracks, the Line 51 bus crashed into 2 light poles, and according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey, one of the poles fell over. The Line 51 Metro bus travels between Wilshire and Artesia Transit Center. The Blue Line travels through Washington Boulevard between Flower Street and Long Beach Avenue in downtown Los Angeles.  The Metro bus is expecting delays throughout all stations.
