In Van Nuys California a tragic turn of events as a Limousine driver that was involved in a hit and run accident chased after the other driver only be involved in a second deadly car accident moments later. According to the police department the two accidents took place only one half mile away from each other. The name of the victims has yet to be released.  A total of four vehicles were involved in the accident which took the life on one and injure on other motorist.
