Frontgate Chaise Lounge Chairs Recall Class Action Lawsuit
As of June 20, 2024, Cinmar is recalling around 70,000 Frontgate Resort Collection Newport Aluminum and Teak Chaises, which were sold at Frontgate stores, and through their catalog and website at frontgate.com. The chairs have a defect where the adjustable backrest can unexpectedly descend, thereby causing amputation and crushing injuries to the user.
