Berkley Jensen Gazebos Recall Class Action Lawsuit
BJ’s Wholesale Club is recalling approximately 32,500 Berkley Jensen Gazebos, which have roof panels that can come loose during high winds. The dislodged roof panels can hit people within the vicinity of the gazebo and cause serious injuries to the head and other areas of the body.
The recalled gazebos measure around 10 by 12 feet or 12 by 14 feet, and were sold in a copper color that may appear brown or black. Some models may have netting panels and tie-back bands, but all the affected gazebos were sold between October 20, 2020 and May 30, 2022 at BJ”s Wholesale Club stores and online at www.bjs.com. Consumers can also look for the following model numbers to verify if their gazebo is part of the recall: A102008010, A102008100, A102011920, and A102011902.
