i think it’s a sciatic nerve don’t know if seeplld that right, but i get that if i lift too heavy doing legs that day at the gym or tweak my leg a certain way. I know what you are talking about cause i’ve almost fallen over trying to get up. I went to kaiser and all they did was take x-rays and give me muscle relaxants that put me out. other than that i have no idea how to make it better, the muscle relaxants didn’t even really help, just made me out of it, still felt the pain.
