Steve Wynn – Joe Francis Defamation Lawsuit Goes to Hands of the jury
The civil lawsuit for defamation of character was filed by Steve Wynn, famous billionaire Las Vegas casino mogul who was the brainchild of the Vega Strips mega resorts with the construction of the Mirage Hotel and Casino, against Steve Francis the founder and CEO of Girls Gone Wild, and entertainment brand making and distributing films centered on sexual activity and young college aged parties where woman flash their private parts for GGW T-shirts.
According to Steve Wynnes attorneys, Francis accused Wynn of threatening to kill him and bury him in the dessert. In response Subsequently, Wynn filed a $12,000,000 lawsuit against Francis.
Outside the courthouse Wynn called Francis’ accusations as a “raving and miserable vicious assassin.” An know it’s up to the jury to decide whether the statements made by Mr. Francis regarding Mr. Wynn warrant a $12 Million Dollar Settlement.
