Attorney Plants Hidden Camera in Coffee Been Bathrooms

According to a lawsuit filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, an attorney  Mark Daniel Wenzel, planted hidden cameras in the bathrooms of local Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf bathrooms which recorded customers in the bathroom. Mark Wenzel partner at the Law Firm of Dolginer and Wenzel in the San Fernando Valley community of Encino California placed recording videotapes under the sink pointing directly at the toilet seat. Mark Wenzel was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department on a misdemeanor charge in connection with the secret recordings at local Coffee Beans.  According to local law enforcement authorities Wenzel pleaded no contest to the charges. Potential Lawsuit against Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf: There may be a potential claim against the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for a property owners or business owners failure to property inspect the property of dangerous conditions.  However it would first have to be show that the presence of a hidden camera inside a bathroom can be recognized by the court as a dangerous conduction.
