9 Year Old Pedestrian Struck by Car in San Marcos California
A 9 year old was struck by a White Infiniti G35 Sports Car in the 400 block of North Twin Oaks Valley Road close to the intersection with Richmar Avenue. According to local authorities the accident took place in Monday afternoon between 5:10 and 5:20 PM. The motorist which struck the nine year old pedestrian remained on the scene and was cooperating with the investigation of the accident.
Based on some witness testimony and Information provided to local TV and Print New Station in San Diego County the child ran into the roadway right before being struck by the vehicle. It has yet to be determined why the girl ran into the street. She suffered serious injuries and was quickly rushed to the hospital.
