The victim of the fall was Mellissa Portillo of Los Angeles California.\nAccording to new reports from the scene the <a href='https:\/\/dtla.syfygo.com\/practice-areas\/sex-abuse\/two-students-at-la-orthodox-school-accuse-staff-member-of-misconduct-school-child-sex-abuse-lawyers\/'>student fell over a two<\/a> story building stairway on Isla Vista Apartments at around 1:00 AM early Friday morning.
