According to information from investigators at the <a title=\"car accident\" href=\"\/practice-areas\/car-accident-attorney\/\">car accident<\/a> site, the victims were ejected from the vehicle upon impact. The head on collision involved two compact vehicles and took place on Rose Hills Road, a few yards away from the 605 San Gabriel Freeway.  According to Sheriff department officials two of the victims were children aged 9 and 11, the other driver was 20 years old. The names of the victims have not yet been released. Two women in the other <a href='https:\/\/dtla.syfygo.com\/practice-areas\/police-car-cruiser-accident\/'>vehicle involved in the accident survived the accident<\/a> and are in stable condition.\nThe make and model of the two compact <a href='https:\/\/dtla.syfygo.com\/practice-areas\/police-car-cruiser-accident\/'>cars involved in the accident<\/a> have not been released buy officials. The cause of the <a href='https:\/\/dtla.syfygo.com\/practice-areas\/motorcycle-accident\/'>accident is under investigation by local law<\/a> enforcement however investigators say that one of the vehicle was driving at high speeds when the accident took place.\n<strong>Legal Implications<\/strong>: According to California law relatives of the deceased have the right to seek justice for the death of their loved ones via the filling of a wrongful death lawsuit.
