According to news <a href='https:\/\/dtla.syfygo.com\/practice-areas\/car-accident-attorney\/how-to-file-an-accident-report-with-lyft\/'>reports and California Highway Patrol investigators the accident<\/a> occurred a few minutes before 9:00 in the morning during rush hour traffic.
