Defamation: <\/strong>Including Libel and Slander<\/td>\n1 Year – <\/strong>From the date of the accident<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Property Damage<\/strong>: Including Trespass<\/td>\n3 Years – <\/strong>From the date of the property damage<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Medical Malpractice<\/strong><\/a><\/td>\n3 years – <\/strong>From the date of the injury\n
