Soulja Boy sued in car accident racist defamation claim
Soulja Boy, American hip hop artist rapper and actors has been sued by victims of a car accident. The lawsuit alleges that Soulja Boy crashed his Red Bentley Continental into a vehicle containing two persons. The plaintiffs are suing the millionaire rapper for not only physical abuse and property damage, but for defamation and emotional distress.
Defamation lawsuit: What is striking about this case is that the plaintiffs have also claim defamation lawsuits against the young rapper. According to report after the accident Soulja Boy lashed out at the other motorists lodging racist remarks and calling the plaintiff a liar.
