Burning Body found on South Los Angeles Street
On Monday night a burning body of a female was found in the 300 block of West 94th street in the Broadway and Manchester Neighborhood of South Los Angeles, (previously called South Central Los Angeles until a name change in the late 1990’s)
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department which responded to the scene the burning body was reported to authorities around 9:45 PM Monday night. Apart from rare occurrence spontaneous combustion this was either a crime committed against the female victim or a act of self-immolation. The authorities discovered her dead on the scene of the incident and they do not yet know if she had died before being set ablaze by perpetrators or was killed form the burning.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department a forensic investigating is under way including autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. The death is being investigated by LAPD homicide division and investigators from the Los Angeles Fire Department Arson/Counter terrorism section.
