Pomona Bicyclist Hit and Killed by Driver 4-8-13
Early Monday morning a bicyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle on the intersection of Velley Boulevard and Dupont Street. The bicycle accident took place just a few minutes after midnight. According to investigators at the scene of the tragic fatality and various new reports the incident was initially identified by local law enforcement authorizes as a hit and run accident. However this was not the case; the motorist driving the vehicle, William Johnson did in fact contact local authorities after the incident had take place. No specifics on the deceased victims has been releases by local authorities.
