Late Monday around 11:00 PM  a 13 year old boy was killed in a hit and run crash in Upland California. The mother of the 13 year was also struck by the vehicle, she was sent to the hospital and is expected to survive her injuries. Subsequent to the accident the local police department arrested the suspect 21 year old Kyle Bahensky at his home. Police and local authorities have yet to release private information regarding the deceased victim of the car accident. The suspect, driving a pickup truck, fled the scene of the accident. After his arrest and booking at the West Valley Detention center  the police took him t a local hospital so he could receive treatment for his injuries.  According to the police he will likely be charged with felony hit and run.
